The Chief of Staff of the FALINTIL - Timor-Leste Defence Force (F-FDTL), Lieutenant General Falur Rate Laek, held a courtesy meeting with the Representative of the Indo-Pacific Effort, Brigadier General Malcolm Wells of Australia.
