The Chief of General Staff of the FALINTIL-Defense Forces of Timor-Leste (F-FDTL), Lieutenant General Falur Rate Laek, accompanied by the Defense Attaché of Timor-Leste in Portugal, Colonel Mário Baptista 'Bersama', participated in the meeting between the Chiefs of General Staff of the Community of Portuguese Speaking Countries (LPCCEM) XXAVI in Cabodo Luanda Angola.
