The Chief of Staff-General of the FALINTIL-Forças de Defesa de Timor-Leste (F-FDTL), Lieutenant-General Domingos Raúl 'Falur Rate Laek', celebrated his 70th birthday with a mass of thanksgiving, presided over by Father Chaplain of the F-FDTL, Capt. Filo Jesus Gomes, SDB, at the Chapel of Santa Maria Gorete Loi-Hunu, Posto Administrativo de Ossu, Municipality of Viqueque.

The thanksgiving ceremony was attended by the Commander of the Naval Component, Commodore Higino das Neves, the Second Commander of the Land Forces Component, Lieutenant Colonel Arlindo da Silva, the Commander of the Air Component, Colonel Helder da Costa, Chief of Military Directorate, PU Corp. FANU", Deputy CEM Colonel Renilde Guterres Corte Real e Silva, Commander of the FALINTIL Unit, Lieutenant-Colonel Abel da Costa Xavier "Niky", Commander of the Military Police Unit, Lieutenant-Colonel (Graduated) Mateus de Jesus, Commander of the PNTL of Viqueque, Ossuro, Local Authority, Family including senior officers, non-commissioned officers, Sergeants and Plazas of the F-FDTL.
