Chief of Staff General FALINTIL-Forsa Defeza Timor-Leste (F-FDTL) Lieutenant General Falur Rate Laek, accompanied by Commander of the Naval Component Commodore Higino das Neves paid a working visit to the Ambassador of Timor-Leste to the Philippines, Discovery Center, 25 ADB Avenue , Ortigas Center, Pasing City, Metro Manila.
During the visit, the delegation was received by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Timor-Leste to the Philippines, Mr. Marciano da Silva.
