The Chief of the General Staff of the FALINTIL-Defense Forces of Timor-Leste, Lieutenant-General Domingos Raúl "Falur Rate Laek", received a courtesy visit from the coordinator Abílio Oliveira Sereno/Bobby Sereno, of the Secret Commission of the National Resistance of the Students (CSTE), and the CSTE-GRN of Timor-Leste.
