Equatorial Guinea, August 21, 2025

The representative of the Chief of General Staff of the FALINTIL (Timor-Leste Defense Force) (F-FDTL), Lieutenant General Falur Rate Laek, represented by the Defense Attaché of Timor-Leste in Portugal, Colonel Mário Baptista Bersama, participated in the closing ceremony of Exercise FELINO 2025 at Equatorial Nacional.

The closing ceremony was conducted by His Excellency the Secretary of State for Defense of the Republic of Equatorial Guinea, at the Sipopo Convention Center. The Timor-Leste delegation consisted of the FALINTIL Unit Commander, Lieutenant Colonel Abel da Costa Xavier "NIKI," Lieutenant Colonel Grad Bernado Correia, Lieutenant Captain António do Rosário, Major Adelino Vilela, and Lieutenant Captain Abílio da Costa.
