F-FDTL Members Complete Journalism Training At Ceftec

Six members of the FALINTIL-Timor-Leste Defence Forces have completed their Journalism training at the Technical Training Centre in Communication (CEFTEC).
The certificate award ceremony for three hundred and eighty-three (383) trainees, from Unit Seven including Protocol and Public Relations, was held at the CNE Liquidation Hall, Colmera, Dili.
Although the 6 members are from Units and Components including Headquarters, the training received at CEFTEC is the same in the Television, Multimedia, Protocol and Press Writing Units.

"Today we have an opportunity to deliver vehicle transport, personal tactical transport as well as weapons that were part of last year's acquisition, especially all these acquisitions within the framework of the Military Programming Law," said Minister of Defense Contra Admiral Donaciano Costa Gomes then handed over the equipment to the FALINTIL-FDTL, at the Headquarters, Fatuhada.
He said the law of military programming is a law that was issued last year and began to implement and from the implementation of this resulted in the acquisition of some vehicles that today delivered 8 Izuzu cars and weapons with the quantity requested or required also make delivery today.
He said the types of weapons that are more complex and complete and all these weapons to comply with the organic material that exists and also all these weapons to correspond to specific missions or special missions 'that the Armed Forces perform if these weapons are in condition to be able to correspond.
The governor said the military programming law, a law that allows how the armed forces can develop, develop in its means, weapons, equipment and all the resources that are necessary to transform from force one that is operational, proportional according to the military strategic concept that is defined.
He said the cars came from Thailand but all these acquisitions were made in accordance with operational requirements.
