The F-FDTL is ready to face the future.

The concept of Arms Combination is fundamental to our military training, therefore, through this exercise, you will improve your effectiveness in combat situations and increase your protection and respect for any challenges we will face in the future.

He added that you will conduct these exercises with practical scenarios and that collaboration to improve your future skills is very important, because you all continue to learn from each other and exchange experiences.

"I am grateful for all the efforts and initiatives that you have developed for the Institution of the F-FDTL from the beginning until today. I ask you to commit and contribute to our sovereignty, because in the future there will be threats and challenges, therefore, you come to train important human resources.

The determining factor is the human element, therefore, its formulation is important as the first exercise that the F-FDTL Institution carries out, therefore, the F-FDTL Institution is ready to face the winds and storms that will come.

I urge all Components and Units to improve their combat capability through training, but also to improve their personal behavior so that we can respond to the various threats that occur today and in the future, when a country thinks badly, it must deal with fierceness in Timor-Leste.

In the same place, the Commander of the Naval Component, Commodore Higino das Neves, affirmed that the first Exercise of Combination of Arms of the F-FDTL was conducted by three (3) components, namely the Land Component, the Naval Component and the Air Component, including the Military Police Unit (PMMIL) and the FUFALI Unit (UFALI).

"Our force is small, but we need this force to know how to work together, because the Arms Combination Exercise is an Operational Exercise, so this exercise will be carried out so that we can share experiences and knowledge with each other, so that, in the future, the platoon commander has the ability to give orders to members base have the ability to work together.
