Members of the FALINTIL-Timor-Leste Defence Force (F-FDTL) Headquarters today conducted a Forced March exercise 'Lao Ain' from the Nasuta Tibar District, Bazartete Administrative Post, Likisa Municipality, ending in Tasi Tolu, Dili.
In an interview, the Chief of Operations of the FALINTIL-Timor-Leste Defence Force (F-FDTL), Colonel João da Costa Esteves, said that the F-FDTL Headquarters conducted this forced march exercise from Nasuta to Tasi Tolu.
“Today we conducted a forced march from Nasuta to the headquarters as a program that is part of the annual matrix operational training. said the Chief of Operations of FALINTIL-East Timor Defense Forces (F-FDTL), Colonel João da Costa Esteves.
“This Forced March is not carried out by the Headquarters, but each Component and Unit has its own program including other exercises that we started in January until the end of this year.
The march aims to psychologically test all the Armed Forces and individually and also to look at the esprit de corps and the spirit of camaraderie of all the military personnel who march and do other exercises.
“In this Forced March, the command can assess whether the military personnel have strong morale and should have a spirit of camaraderie and esprit de corps or not, it can also measure the health of each military personnel in order to provide operational protection for a military personnel who participates as an area of defense is physically untrained, but how can they guarantee their mission that is enshrined in article 146, therefore it is necessary for our forces to provide physical and moral protection to all our military personnel.” Today, around one hundred members of FALINTIL-East Timor Defence Forces (F-FDTL) participated in this Forced March Exercise carried out by the Military Police Unit (PM) and a section of the Headquarters Support Unit. end

Eight members of FALINTIL-Timor-Leste Defence Forces (F-FDTL) completed the English language training course V at the Comandante Nicolao Lobato Training Center, Metinaro today.
The General Commander of the Support Force, Colonel Celestino Pinto 'DAELEBA', said that eight members of FALINTIL-Timor-Leste Defence Forces (F-FDTL) (today they have already passed the English level from level I to level V)

Six members of the FALINTIL-Timor-Leste Defence Forces have completed their Journalism training at the Technical Training Centre in Communication (CEFTEC).
The certificate award ceremony for three hundred and eighty-three (383) trainees, from Unit Seven including Protocol and Public Relations, was held at the CNE Liquidation Hall, Colmera, Dili.
Although the 6 members are from Units and Components including Headquarters, the training received at CEFTEC is the same in the Television, Multimedia, Protocol and Press Writing Units.

The Army Championship Game was held at the 7th Brigade Gallipoli Barracks Brisbane, with the objective to further strengthen cooperation or ties of friendship between the Armed Forces of Timor-Leste and the Australian Forces.
In the friendly game went very well and showed tactical game to each other until finally the men's team F-FDTL managed to defeat the team Forsa 16° Brigade and the women's team F-FDTL lost to Forsa 16° Brigade.
Meanwhile, players from the women's and men's teams of F-FDTL totaled forty (40), with 1 liaison officer from Australia, composed of 18 women and 18 men. in-4, the jog is held every year in Australia.
